Most orders ship within 1-3 business days of payment receipt. Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday or holidays. If you paid with a check or money order, it may take up to 10 days before your order ships.

Orders ship via USPS or UPS at your choice. UPS does not ship to a P.O. Box, and we do not ship UPS to international destinations. USPS shipping is available for APO and International addresses.
Rates and Delivery Time Estimates
Shipping rates and delivery times vary based on your shipping method and priority selection. Rates are based on the actual size and weight of your items, and distance of shipping address. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Ohio. UPS and USPS shipping quotes can be estimated using the "Estimate Shipping" tool in your shopping cart. Please be advised that this is an estimate of the shipping rate, charges may change, should this occur you will be notified prior to shipping of additional charges required to ship your package(s). Please note that once your package has been shipped via your preferred carrier, delivery and arrival dates are at the discretion and control of the carrier - Wardens Supply Co. will not be responsible for deliveries received past the estimated arrival date. Shipments may take longer than estimated delivery time; If you paid with a check or money order it may be up take to 10 days more for shipping. If you do not receive your package by the delivery date provided, please contact your carrier or local Post Office to see if your package is in their local facilities as Large packages may require a scheduled delivery date with your carrier, or pick up at a local carrier location.
Packages shipped via UPS, USPS Priority Mail and Express Mail Domestic and International Packages are insured. Please note that First Class International packages are not insured, and cannot be tracked once they leave the United States. Wardens Supply Co. will not be held responsible for International First Class shipping discrepancies of any kind once the package has left our facilities. We recommend insurance when available, however should you choose a shipping method that does not include insurance Wardens Supply Co. will not be liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages incurred during shipment. Wardens Supply Co. will not be held liable for packages upon departure from our facilities.
Please note that shipping times are quoted from the shipper, and are estimated times, based on average shipping times. Once the shipper has your package we cannot control delivery time. If you are West of the Mississippi, or Hawaii, and Alaska, and choose USPS Parcel shipping, delivery time could take as much as 21 days longer than the 7-10 days usually quoted by the Post Office. If you are west of the Mississippi or Hawaii or Alaska your shipping charges will reflect the distance in cost.

Customs Fees, Import Duties, and Taxes
International recipients are responsible for any and all applicable duties, customs fees, and/or taxes, collected by your carrier upon delivery (does not apply to APO shipments; APO shipments are duty free). These are not shipping fees and Wardens Supply Co. does not assume any responsibility for customs fees, duties, and/or taxes on International purchases. Customs forms are legal documents, Wardens Supply Co. will not falsify these or any other documents for any purpose whatsoever.

Wardens Supply Co. is dedicated to 100% order satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchased item, or if an error occurs at the fault of Wardens Supply Co., please contact us immediately and we will be happy to refund your purchase within 14 days of original purchase receipt. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees. However, f the return is due to our error, Wardens Supply Co. will assume responsibility for return shipping, and we will refund to you any payment collected for the original shipment.
Purchase returns require a valid Return Identification Number, which can be obtained by contacting a member of our staff at (216) 299-6207 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a copy of your receipt with the Return Identification Number clearly printed along with a brief explanation/reason for return in the return order package. We appreciate email confirmation of return shipments via email, including shipping date and tracking number (if applicable and provided). Once we receive the item in its original packaging and with all tags (if applicable), you will be offered the option for a full refund, or store credit to be applied to future purchase(s). Certain items, including but not limited to food items, gas masks, First Aid kits, disaster preparedness items, books, and videos are non-refundable. Purchase of these and other items deemed by Wardens Supply Co. are final sales, and a refund will not be issued for these items. Items returned for exchange due to defects in materials or workmanship will be repaired and replaced at our discretion.
It is not required, but including a brief explanation of the reason for return and how you would like us to take care of it, will help us to resolve it quickly to your complete satisfaction by refund, replacement or credit toward another item.
Where the return is due to our error, Wardens Supply Co. will refund your return shipping charges. Items with defects in materials or workmanship returned for exchange will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
