Shipping & Returns


Shipping: We ship via USPS and UPS to U.S.A. addresses and USPS Mail to APO/FPO addresses and other international addresses.

We ship Most orders within 1-3 Business days of receipt of payment (Business days are days the U.S. post office is open, please allow for holidays and Sundays). We will send a tracking number in an email when your order ships. Personal checks may be held up to 10 days for clearance.

If you choose one of the USPS shipping options and your package is too large for your mail box, you may have to schedule delivery with your carrier, or pick it up at your local post office.

Shipping Cost and Delivery Time Estimates: You may get UPS or USPS shipping quotes and delivery time estimates from your shopping cart page any time there is something in your cart, even before logging in.  Larger, heavier, items like field desks, or large orders, may require a telephone quote for best results. Call us at 234-248-4124 weekdays 10am to 4pm.  Please note:  Shipping times quoted are from the shipper, and are estimated times, based on average shipping times. Once the shipper has your package we cannot control delivery time. If you are West of the Mississippi, or Hawaii, and Alaska, and choose Parcel Post shipping, delivery time could take longer than the 7-10 days quoted by the post office. 

DUTIES and Taxes: International recipients are responsible for all duties and taxes.

  Returns in 14 days: 100% Satisfaction guaranteed. If for any reason you are not happy with an item from Wardens Supply Company you may return it within 14 days of receipt. You may replace it*, receive a refund, or receive credit toward another purchase, your choice, when the item is returned in its original packaging, with all its tags.   *Note: Food items, gas masks, disaster preparedness items, First Aid kits, books, videos, are not returnable. Shipping charges and customs duties and taxes are non-refundable. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. For more help with a return, please call us at 234-248-4124 weekdays from 10am to 4pm.

 To return an item, please send it within 14 days of receipt, with a copy of your receipt, in the original packing with all its tags, insured mail USPS or UPS Ground, with delivery confirmation, to:

It is not required, but including a brief explanation of the reason for return and how you would like us to take care of it, will help us to resolve it quickly to your complete satisfaction by refund, replacement or credit toward another item.
Please let us know by email the shipping date and tracking number of returned goods.
Where the return is due to our error, we will refund your return shipping charges.
Items with defects in materials or workmanship returned for exchange will be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
